  • Are you in pain? Suffering from shoulder or neck stiffness, numbness in the arm, or knee pain? Trigger Point Therapy is used to map out specific points of the body and release them based on the referrals that you feel when we press into these points.

  • Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle bodywork which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. MLD is great for general detoxification and supports a healthy immune system. Lymph drainage is often used post-surgery for residual swelling (such as breast cancer surgery, joint replacements etc.).

    MLD can be done as a full body session or more focused work for a certain area of the body.

  • Swedish massage is a general relaxation technique that increases circulation and helps your body relax into a deep state of healing. Full body relaxation massages are great for relief from stress and general tension.

  • Cupping can be done in combination with both Trigger Point and Swedish massage. The use of small plastic suction cups helps aid in the reduction of inflammation and pain, as well as promote blood flow to the area being worked on. Cupping is great for specific areas that need some extra help releasing.

30 Minute, 60 minute and 90 minute appointments are available and easy to customize to your needs based on what you’re experiencing that day.

MLD (Manual Lymph Drainage) is available in 60 or 75 minute sessions.
